The Company
One of the most well established and renowned finance and trading companies in the world is looking to grow their business across global markets by acquiring new customers through Digital marketing channels. They are lead by an influential marketing director who is passionate about online marketing and sees this as they key element to their growth plans. The SEO Manager will be part of a 40 strong in-house marketing team, and will set the strategy for the sites across the globe and for the SEO activities, as well as implementing these campaigns themselves. This is an amazing time to join a company investing over ?35m in their online marketing this year alone, and growing at an unprecedented rate.

SEO Manager:
The SEO Manager is a London based role working as part of a Global SEO Team for this leading Financial and Trading Company. You will be responsible for:
* Identify the key initiatives for the organisations strategy, and then act on all levers pages, content, linking, technology, buzz to increase traffic and sales across multiple POS.
* Create search technology best Practices + build out SEO tools for all SEO projects.
* Foster knowledge of learning SEO within the region by being the most up to date on SEO news, learning's, and changes.
* Assist with SEO training and support to various business teams.
* Provide recommendations for the best tools to use for each SEO activity.
* Serve as primary interface with SEO development team on technical SEO requirements for upcoming projects. Keep up to date with developments and industry news and feed these to the SEO team.
* Manage the SEO team blog and encourage participation in SEO related discussions.
* Provide detailed guidance and support for SEO auditing and assessments, strategic recommendations and implementation efforts, and ongoing maintenance and reporting.
* Extract appropriate data for analysis and reporting.

The SEO Manager
Will be:
* Highly technical knowledge of all aspects of SEO including keyword research, competitor analysis, site audits optimisation. Knowledge of spider based technologies.
* Confidently set strategies for SEO for international markets
* implement and see through the SEO strategies for the business
* highly detail orientated, be able to following internal protocols, and processes, and have a high attention to detail
* Knowledge of Site Analytics solutions such as Google Analytics and WebTrends.
* Be able to Explain Technical results and strategies in non-technical language to internal stakeholders, and work closely with the technical experts
* Strong understanding of SEO practice and methodology including architectural and design competencies, content and writing knowledge, and off-page link and promotion understanding.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Detailed oriented, have strong presentation and project management skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
