Skills, because it gives different perspective and angle to see & weigh the things and not a typical stereotype approach For Ex if Child does not understnd one method of learning than we have soem other new way to make him understnd learn the concept and which should be clear to child.

help in generating & getting better and more innovative ideas.Understanding them well and their nature & habits. Help in building strong relationship & work as a team.

will not enjoy the job because you cannot clap with only one hand, you need both the hands.

What was your worst working experience?

While working in one of the International school One teacher personal things was missing and for that all Teachers purses and other belongings got checked.

Be Bold, Confident & Believe in Yourself & your Work.Be Passionate about what you do and enjoy it.

Urge to do something different and which is not routine one or normal.Deep Thiking & Searching new things related to teaching and the subject.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Working in a real good place / school which give due respect, regard and true values to Hindi as a subject & Language.

Understanding & Interacting with Children of different age and understand them and there problmes and guide them.
