If it were easy? | Bodybuilding Supplements, MAN Sports

I?d be pro already?and we?d all be walking around with a 6-pack and shredded glutes?

?but it ain?t easy?in fact, bodybuilding is likely the toughest sport there is?but that?s what makes it so beautiful, right?

Imagine, doing hours and hours of cardio, lifting heavy things to stimulate your muscles to shape and grow?yeah, big deal, right? But, now, do it all on less carbs than 2 slices of bread! Ahh, I ain?t complaining ? it?s what I do, and I love it!

Just got in from my 2nd training / cardio session of the day?

Hit a hard leg day yesterday and my 2 cardio sessions; blasted delts tonight, and 1,200 calories of cardio ? gotta keep pushing that water out.
Skin?s getting thin now! Almost there!
Weight: 205.0lbs this morning.
Carbs low, 40 grams per day at this point, and lotsa iceburg lettuce!
Feeling flat, but it?s par for the course right now?gotta be better than ever for this show ? gotta keep on working!

Tomorrow, split session ? hamstrings and cardio #1 in am?train 1 client, eat, rest, then hit hard, heavy back session?rest, more cardio and posing at bedtime?

It?s on! Rock and roll?No rest for the weary, the wicked ? or the winners!

I got more work to do to bring out the best in this physique, but I?m on it! 5 more days!
